Overall it is a nice hotel and we appreciated the stay, the location was marvellous in the downtown of Siena. Very welcoming staff, they smile all the time.

The location of this lovely apartment in Siena is absolutely fantastic. It's just a stone's throw away from the beautiful Siena Duomo and many great restaurants. The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen and a clean and modern interior. The bathroom is lovely as well, and the courtyard adds a nice touch. I especially appreciated the contact-free check-in process and having my name on the door. The bed was also spacious and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, the communication with the management was great, making everything smooth and hassle-free.

One drawback I encountered was an unpleasant cigarette smell in the bathroom. It was quite strong and unpleasant, possibly from a previous guest.

Nice hotel, staff were amicable and rooms were airy. I really enjoyed the room with double beds. Everything here was perfect. The location was unbeatable - just 5 minutes' walk from a medieval bricked square. The restaurant was located within 400 feet.

We had a fantastic stay at a cozy apartment with excellent location and spacious rooms. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the natural light from the courtyards added a lovely touch. Despite the chilly weather, the heating worked perfectly, and we enjoyed a peaceful night's sleep without any outside noise. The renovated bathrooms were a highlight, especially the amazing shower in the master bathroom. We were also grateful for the in-unit washing machine. we highly recommend this place.

We absolutely loved our room with its beautifully painted ceiling and comfy bed. The pretty terrace was a bonus. The inclusion of a microwave, electric kettle, and fridge was convenient. The location was perfect, being close to grocery stores, great restaurants, and the center of Sienna.

Great location, right in the heart of the city with easy access to tourist spots and shopping. The apartment was clean and spacious, with modern renovations and a comfortable bed. We had a difficult time finding the apartment due to road closures that were not indicated on online maps. This caused us to struggle with unloading our bags and ultimately led to us walking quite a distance to avoid fines.

I have no complaints at all, the venue met all my requirements. I 100% recommend it. The hotel was absolutely great. I booked a penthouse apartment with cable channels, a microwave oven, and a fridge. The staff were amiable and exceptional the whole time of my stay.

I loved having a refrigerator, oven, stovetop, and microwave in the apartment, making it convenient to cook and store food. The room also had an electric kettle and toaster, which was perfect for a quick breakfast before starting my day. I appreciated the complimentary bottled water and coffee/tea makers in the rooms, a thoughtful touch. The bathrooms were equipped with showers, slippers, and designer toiletries, adding a touch of luxury to my stay. Although subjective, I personally liked the tile/marble floor in the apartment, as it added a sense of elegance. The apartment also had a dishwasher, which made cleaning up after meals a breeze. The fact that all units were equipped with a coffee machine was a definite plus for a coffee lover like me.

Personally, I found the presence of bidets in the bathrooms unnecessary, but others may appreciate this feature.

We had a wonderful stay at Regis Condo. The apartment was centrally located and had excellent amenities, including a washing machine, air conditioning, and two terraces. It was clean, beautifully decorated, and had a separate living room and bedroom. The kitchen was well-equipped and the bed was comfortable. The self check-in process was seamless and there was even a mini bar available. The communication from the property was great and the provided information on parking was very helpful. our experience was fantastic and we highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the apartment was fantastic, right in the heart of the city. We were able to easily explore all the tourist spots and shops on foot. It was also a quiet area, which made for peaceful nights. The apartment itself was very spacious and had a modern interior. Everything was clean and tidy, and the presence of a washing machine was a bonus for us. We also appreciated the comfortable bed and the range of pillows provided.

One minor issue was that the directions provided by the GPS led us to the wrong location initially. However, it was only a short distance away, so it didn't cause too much trouble.

While there were many positives to my stay, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The kitchen could have been better stocked with basic cooking essentials like pepper, cooking oil, and regular coffee grounds.

We stayed at a centrally located and spacious apartment in a quiet area. Thanks to the owners/agency, we got a last-minute bargain. The apartment was clean, with high ceilings and good AC. It had 2 full bathrooms and was in the old city. We wish we could have stayed longer! Everything we needed was provided and the staff were exceptional and welcoming. We would highly recommend staying here in the future.
